Okay, first, what is Dewa Athena?

Dewa Athena is an annual sports week in my school. It was held by The Student's Council. Every class had to compete with other class to win various games. The games are volley, basketball, badminton, relay, dodge ball, football, tug of war, and gobak sodor (I honestly don't know what do we call 'gobak sodor' in English).

The games started at 8 a.m. We played several games. I participated in dodge ball and tug of war. And guess what? My class, X Science 5, lost at all games, except basketball. We. Lost. At. All. Games. Except. Basketball. I don't know if my class is cursed or what, but my class were totally sucks in this event (except basketball). Now I'm going to describe how did my class lose at all games (again, except basketball).

The first one that we played is female badminton We competed against X Science 1. At the beginning of the games, my class already lose 2 points. Somehow my friend couldn't receive the services (maybe because she's kinda nervous of something) and because of that she had to switch with my other friend. Well, we did make a change, but we still lost the game. That was pretty disappointing to us. But we had to move to the next game, and that is male basketball.

Well, we did really well in this game against X Science 3. In fact, we gave our opponent a total defeat by scoring 20-2. We really excited about this one. Next we should play relay.

I think we could do well in this game. But somehow, we lost again. Our opponent was X Science 7.

The next game was female football against X Science 7 (again). And that was a total disaster. I don't really play football but one thing that I knew about female football, that it is a total stupidity. Let's imagine, there are a lot of fishes in the pond, and you give them fish food. That's exactly what happen if there's any female football. And we lost. Again.

And the next game was tug of war. I participated in this game. We compete against X Science 7 (AGAIN). Male and female were mixed in this game. Well, we really tried our best, but somehow we lost another game. At this moment I started to think that my class is cursed somehow.

Then is dodge ball, against X Science 1. I participated again. And it was just the same as the other games. We lost.

The next game is volley, against X Science 3. The boys were really good, actually. But I think that the girls is ruining their play (sorry friends!). And, as expected, we lost this one too. I kinda didn't care about winning or losing anymore.

Volley

The last game that my class had to play is male badminton against X Acceleration. Actually my friends that participated in that game is good enough, but the opponent were so amazing that we lose another game.

So the conclusion is, my class had been CURSED somehow.

In this assignment, we supposed to write about someone or some people that we were very grateful for having those people. Actually, I don’t think there’s any. But maybe, I’ll write about my classmates.

Well, my class is a very ‘weird’ class, and so are the people. We could do many stupid things together. Actually I’m a shy person, but because I dropped into this class, now I’m kinda… annoying (I’m not the one who said that I’m annoying but my friend did lol).

I had so many memories in this class, especially with my closest ‘friends’. I’m not going to tell you who they are, but I’m going to tell you about their personality. I just need one word to describe them. It’s F-R-E-A-K. They’re freakishly freak (what kind of phrase is that) and very annoying. And some of them are, well, boys. I like to play with boys. Not all my friends are boys of course. I had some girl friends too. OKAY back to their personality. They’re freak, but loyal. They often ‘bully’ me (not a real bully) by saying that I am a BOY (well I know that I often act like a boy, but I'm a pure girl you know), but I just love them.

One of my closest friend, she is stupid but smart. She is childish but mature. She is anti-social but has many friends. She’s my closest friend in this class. I think she’s the one who made me this annoying  -_- We often go to the mall together, only to get one small cup of McFlurry (or to get Calais’s buy-one-get-one lol). She’s a weaboo (don’t know? Search on the Google he he he). She's addicted to unicorns. Pretty childish right? But sometimes she could be really wise and mature. Her mood swing is pretty crazy and annoying but I'm getting used to it.

The other is stupid but also smart. He is a gamer. I always annoy him (I found that annoying people is f-u-n). He is ‘porn-minded’ too. But he’s actually really nice, he's just sometimes being mean. If he's nice, he could be really nice, but if he's being mean, he's so annoying and sometimes makes me wanna slap him on the face.

The other one is slow-minded. She’s kinda ‘idiot’ (not that idiot, I’m just kidding). She’s trustable, that I often tell her my problems. But when she's sad, she could do stupid things like, eating fifteen vitamin C at once, maybe? Fortunately she's okay.

The last one I’m going to tell you about, is my friend also. He often called ‘bigbro’ because he has the ‘bigbro’s’ appearance. He’s annoying. But he’s also trustable, once I tell him about my ‘crush’ (now I feel so stupid about it).

Things that they had in common. They are FREAK, ANNOYING, S2PID. But I love them. I hope that when we're in 11th grader, they could be my classmates again. Yeah hopefully :(

Okay that’s all. I have many more friends to tell about (actually the whole class is my friends), but I don’t want to write it because this post will be very long and I hate long articles. The point is, I love my friends. They’re the ones who change me from the very-shy-and-anti-social person to still-anti-social-but-annoying person (what kind of phrase is that). So bye~

My holiday is kinda boring because I didn't do anything. My first week of holiday, I took SP (short semester) of Mathematics because my grade didn't reach the passing grade. It's like summer school in West, when the other student were enjoying their holiday, you stuck in the class, learning the things that you've learned before. In the end, I took the test. I hope i'll pass that, because if i don't, i have to take the past contract.

The day after that, I went to HP Service Center to fix my laptop. The display of my laptop just wouldn't show the thing it is supposed to show. The point is, my laptop wouldn't turn on. So I have to fix it to the service center.

After that, I went to my house in Bogor. Well, I was happy I get to see my parent and my siblings, but I didn't really do something there. The only thing I did there was watching TV, eating, playing my handphone (because i got free wi-fi there lol), sleeping, playing my mom's guitar (although I'm not really good at that thing), playing my piano (I'm not really good at that thing, too), and that's all i did.

You know, some of my friends were really studious (or what we call AMBIS), they were studying while it's holiday. My definition of holiday was: getting rid of books, questions, post-tests, etc. Seemed like my definition does not apply to them. I wonder why butil (budak tilu, SMAN 3 Bandung's student) were so studious.

The third last day of holiday, I went back to Bandung, because on Monday I have to go to school again.

So that was my (boring) holiday. LOL

Franz Liszt was a prolific 19th-century Hungarian composervirtuoso pianistconductormusic teacherarrangerorganistphilanthropistauthornationalist and a Franciscan tertiary.

Franz Liszt was born to Anna Liszt and Adam Liszt on October 22, 1811, in the village of Doborján in Sopron County, in the Kingdom of Hungary. Liszt's father played the piano, violin, cello and guitar. He had been in the service of Prince Nikolaus II Esterházy and knew HaydnHummel and Beethoven personally. At age six, Franz began listening attentively to his father's piano playing and showed an interest in both sacred and Romani music. Adam began teaching him the piano at age seven, and Franz began composing in an elementary manner when he was eight. He appeared in concerts at Sopron and Pressburg  in October and November 1820 at age 9. After the concerts, a group of wealthy sponsors offered to finance Franz's musical education in Vienna.

And that's a few of Liszt's history I copied from Wikipedia (if I copied all of it, it would be so long and boring). Now we're gonna skip to his composition and that's what I like about this part.

Liszt wrote transcriptions for piano of a wide variety of music. Indeed, about half of his composing work (approximately 400 out of 800 items) are arrangements of music by other composers. He also made his own original work, of course. One of his original works is Liebestraume (German from Love Dream). Liebestraume is a set of three solo piano works published in 1850. Liebestraume No. 3 is the last of the three that Liszt wrote, and the most popular. It can be considered as split into three sections, each divided by a fast cadenza requiring dexterous finger work and a very high degree of technical ability.

This is the first sheet of Liebestraume:

If you could read this piece, maybe you could play it, but it needs some technique, such as high degree hand movement.

Aaaanndddd you could check this really awesome piano play by someone I dont know, but she plays this piece perfectly. And the song is very relaxing (this is my favorite piece).

Once upon a time there was an old sow with three little pigs. She had no money to keep them, so she sent them off to seek their fortune. The three pigs went different ways. Soon the first pig met a man who was selling straw.

First Pig: I need some straw, would you sell it to me?

Man: Of course. Take it.

The first pig paid the man and went to build his house. Later, the second pig met a man who was selling wood.

Second Pig: Please Sir, I need some wood to build my house. Would you sell it to me?.

Man: Yes. Take it.

Second pig paid the man and went on his way to make his wood house. Later, the third pig met a man who was selling bricks.

Third Pig: Excuse me Sir, I need some bricks. Are they for sale?

Man: Of course. Take them.

The third pig paid the man and went on his way to build his brick house. When the three pigs finished their houses they moved in. The first pig was taking a nap when someone knocked at the door. The first pig looked through the window and saw a wolf.

Wolf: Little pig, little pig, let me in!.

First pig: Not by the hair on my chinny-chin-chin.

Wolf: Then I´ll huff and I´ll puff and I´ll blow your house in.

The wolf huffed and puffed and destroyed the first pig's house. The first pig ran all the way to the second pig house. When he got there the first pig told the second pig what had happened. The second pig invited the first pig to live with him. After a few days, there was a knock at the door. The two pigs looked out the window and it was the wolf.

Wolf: Little pigs, Little pigs, let me in!

First and second pig: Not by the hairs on our chinny-chin-chins.

Wolf: Then I´ll huff and I´ll puff and I´ll blow your house in.

The wolf huffed and puffed and destroyed the house. The pig brothers ran all the way to the third pig's house. When they got there they told the third pig everything that had happened. Then the third pig invited his two brothers to live with him. After a few days, there was a knock at the door. The pigs looked out the window and they saw the wolf.

Wolf: Little pigs, Little pigs, let me in!.

All pigs: Not by the hairs on our chinny-chin-chins.

Wolf: Then I´ll huff and I´ll puff and I´ll blow your house in!

The wolf huffed and puffed several times but he couldn´t destroy the brick house. Then the wolf decided to think what to do, so he went and sat in a log. Meanwhile, the three pigs started cooking dinner. They put a large pot of water in the fireplace to cook some soup.

Wolf: I know what to do. I´ll get in through the chimney and I will eat those pigs~ (evil laugh)

The wolf climbed up to the roof. But he didn`t know that there was a pot of boiling water at the bottom of the chimney. Then the three pigs heard a noise.

Wolf: I´m coming to get you cutie pigs!

The wolf then jumped down the chimney and fell into the pot of boiling water.

Wolf: AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH! (endless screaming)

The wolf jumped back up the chimney and ran into the woods. The pigs lived in peace and never saw the wolf again.

Sharks are a group of fish characterized by a cartilaginous skeleton, five to seven gill slits on the sides of the head, and pectoral fins that are not fused to the head. Modern sharks are classified within the clade Selachimorpha (or Selachii) and are the sister group to the rays. However, the term "shark" has also been used for extinct members of the subclass Elasmobranchii outside the Selachimorpha, such as Cladoselache and Xenacanthus, as well as other Chondrichthyes such as the holocephalid eugenedontidans. Under this broader definition, the earliest known sharks date back to more than 420 million years ago.[1] Acanthodians are often referred to as "spiny sharks"; though they are not part of Chondrichthyes proper, they are a paraphyletic assemblage leading to cartilaginous fish as a whole.
Since then, sharks have diversified into over 500 species. They range in size from the small dwarf lanternshark (Etmopterus perryi), a deep sea species of only 17 centimetres (6.7 in) in length, to the whale shark (Rhincodon typus), the largest fish in the world, which reaches approximately 12 metres (40 ft) in length. Sharks are found in all seas and are common to depths of 2,000 metres (6,600 ft). They generally do not live in freshwater although there are a few known exceptions, such as the bull shark and the river shark, which can survive and be found in both seawater and freshwater.[2] Sharks have a covering of dermal denticles that protects their skin from damage and parasites in addition to improving their fluid dynamics. They have numerous sets of replaceable teeth.[3]
Well-known species such as the great white sharktiger sharkblue sharkmako shark, and the hammerhead shark are apex predators—organisms at the top of their underwater food chain. Many shark populations are threatened by human activities.

Taxonomy:
Kingdom: Animalia
Phylum: Chordata
Class: Chondrichthyes
Subclass: Elasmobranchii
Superorder: Selachimorpha

Some shark fact:
#1 Sharks have been on our oceans for over 400 million years. Some of the earliest sharks were discovered dating back to the Devonian age.
#2 Not only did sharks first appear 400 million yeas ago, they are still here today. They have survived 5 massive planet extinction events. These extinction events killed most life on earth. The last one around 65 million yeas ago killed the dinosaurs. But not sharks. They were here to stay.
#3 While many of us have learned to fear sharks, they’re the ones who should fear us. People are sharks’ most deadliest predator. In fact humans kill more than 100 million sharks each year.
#4 Most sharks species will drown if they stop moving. Great white, mako and salmon sharks don’t have the muscles they need to pump water through their mouth and over their gills. As long as they keep swimming, water keeps moving over their gills, keeping them alive.
#5 Sharks’ livers contain lots of oil. This makes the liver a relatively buoyant organ, which helps sharks keep their balance in the water.

Well, that's all from me. I actually feel bad because all I did was just copy-pasting, heheheh.

World Tournament x Techno Fest (or WTTF) was an SMAN 3 Bandung’s event that held by OSIS. It held on August 20th 2016 (well yea I know it’s too late to post this thing because it was like 2 months ago). WTTF was a competition for 32019’s generation and 32018’s generation. So basically it was a friendly competition between generations. We had to complete all the challenges in every posts. After we finished a challenge, we got a piece of puzzle that had to be combined in the end of the game. And... We also had to speak English during the game (well, my classmate seemed to be ignoring that rule LOL).

Well... I kinda forgot how the game was going, though... Because it was 2 months ago. What I remembered is we had to play FIFA, Flappy Bird, Twister, Tekken, make robots, and more. Well, not the whole class had to play it, but each class had a representation. I participated in a game called “Tarik Tambang” in Indonesian (I dont know how to say it in English, forgive pls).

In the end of the game, we 32019 worked as a team that had to combine all the puzzle we got from the posts. After we finished our puzzle (I mean not that finish, because we also lost some pieces), the committees announced the winner, and that’s 32019! Yay! And they announced the best class too but unfortunately that wasn’t our class. And that’s how the game ended. Bye

Easter Island (Rapa NuiRapa Nui, Spanish: Isla de Pascua) is a Chilean island in the southeastern Pacific Ocean, at the southeasternmost point of the Polynesian Triangle. Easter Island is famous for its 887 extant monumental statues, called moai, created by the early Rapa Nui people. In 1995, UNESCO named Easter Island a World Heritage Site, with much of the island protected within Rapa Nui National Park.

It is one of the most isolated islands in the world but 1200 years ago a double-hulled canoe filled with seafarers from a distant culture landed upon its shores. Over the centuries that followed a remarkable society developed in isolation on the island.

It was in the early 18th century when Dutch explorer Jacob Roggeveen was sailing the south Pacific. In his exploration, he “discovered” the island on Sunday, April 5, 1722 — which just so happened to be Easter that year on the Christian calendar. That's why they started calling it "Easter Island". Megantara was a cultural festival that held by SMAN 3 Bandung on Saturday, 10 September 2016 in Lapangan Bali, a field near SMAN 3 Bandung. There were so many stuffs in there such as food court, ghost house, performance, and many more. It divided in some parts, like Sumatera, Jawa, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua.

Before the open gate, we joined a parade. All of the 10th grader had to join the parade, excluded the committee. And luckily I was one of the committee. Those who join the parade were the 10th grader, and some kindergarten kids from many kindergarten in Bandung. The parade started at 7 am. I, as the committee, was on duty to look after the parade. During the parade, one of the parent of the kindergarten child, protested to me because the route was too far for a kindergarten child. And, I was kinda agree to her, because the route was actually too far even I got tired. And… the parade ended up at 10.00 am, and we took a rest.

The open gate started at 11.35 am, but it still so few people who had come to Megantara. At the time, there were already some performance, but only a few people watched them. I kinda pity them actually. Even the MCs were like talking to themselves. I as one of the committee, did nothing at the time, because my work was to collect the funds for Megantara, was done before day D. Majority of the committees were on their duty, and I did nothing. I got bored of course, and I hadn’t saw any of my friend at the time.

But luckily I met my friends, and because of I got no duty, we try some of the stands such as gamelan, aksara sunda, etc. After that we decided to try the ghost house, but we need one more people because it said that we have to be 4 people, no more no less, and I got only 2 friends with me. So my friends searched for extra person and I wait in the line. Then my friend got 2 extra people but it had to be 4. then one of my friend suddenly appeared and we ask him to join our group. So we decided to split into 2 group. In my group there were 4 people including me, and the other group were 3 people including our art teacher (that we force him to join us, haha).

After we entered the ghost house, I only remembered that we were welcomed by a hard hit on the table. Then I remembered nothing cause I closed my eyes all the way out. I felt that my friend ran, so I ran too, it was kinda reflex. One of my friend was left behind, I don’t know why won’t he join us run. He started to yell to us, but we totally ignored him. It was a relief when we saw the light. Then we took a rest, and I really tired because of running and yelling. Usually I’m not this coward, hahahah.

After took a rest, we decided to enter the ghost house, again. Then we forced one of my friend to join us (I don’t know why we really like to force someone hahahah). After paying 5000, we entered the ghost house and I decided not to close my eyes again and not run this time. Then we were welcomed by a hard hit on the table again, and something scary like that. My friend in the back started to recite some of the Quran verse that we learned in school. I know that was really weird, I mean, reciting a Quran verse in the middle of a ghost house? But I know my friends are weird just like me (weirder actually). Then we continued our way, but then a scary ghost head suddenly appeared, and I was really shocked. My friend in front of me fell down. After that we started to run, again. My friend in the back was still reciting the Quran verses but louder. We saw some ghost that really shocked us, even my friend said that something grabbed her foot. After we were getting closed to the exit door, I tripped because of some carton box on the ground and don’t ask me why were they in there. And we got out from the ghost house in a chaos. We could not stop laughing, even everybody near us were looking at us because of our attitude. After that we pray Ashar.

Then we went to the stage area. There were some performance, like KPA, T’sT, OSD ITB, MK3, traditional dance and etc. It was quite crowded around the stage area for the visitor. And the final performance were The Changcuters and RAN. RAN was the last performance, that ended up at 22.30 pm.

Hi, my name is Arifia Zahra Keanhu, you can call me Fia or Zahra or anything that you want. Even my classmates often call me Arif or Keanhu LOL. I'm a 10th grader in SMAN 3 Bandung, and currently a member of X Science 5 class (which full of unique and weird people, if you know what do we do every break time LOL). I made this blog because it is an assignment from my English LM teacher. I don't know what to write on this blog, actually. But I'll try my best.

About me... well, there's nothing much to tell about. I'm just an ordinary girl who really likes cat. My favorite subject is math and science. I know that sounds smart, math and science, but believe me, I'm not that smart. I also play piano, well, a little. I really like Beethoven's composition, and Mozart's, Liszt's, Bach's, Chopin's, and other piano composers. I like Liszt's Liebestraum no. 3 the most (you should listen to it). I also like Yiruma's Kiss The Rain. Anyway, I also like Anime. My favorite Anime is Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso (which means 'Your Lie In April' in English). I also like Noragami, Assassination Classroom, and Detective Conan.

I used to live in Cibinong, Bogor. But I moved here because I go to school at SMAN 3 Bandung. And... I ever lived in Malaysia for 2 years and 6 months.

I want to go to ITB after I graduate  from high school. I want to be a mechanical engineer. Yay...

So that's all from me. Thx
